Appetizers will be provided in a large tray for easy buffet style serving.

   

Frito Pie
A layer of Fritos beneath our homemade chili, melted cheddar cheese and topped with sour cream.

Cowboy Caviar
A concoction of mixed beans, corn, green pepper and tomatoes lassoed with our special vinegrette
marinade. Served with tortilla chips.

Hummus with Pita Crisps
Garbonzo beans blended with fresh squeezed lemon juice, garlic, tahini and olive oil. Served with pita crisps.

Salad will be provided in a large bowl for easy buffet style serving.

 

Italian Green Salad
Mixed greens tossed with tomatoes, red onion, black olives, banana peppers and grated parmesan cheese served with herb chardonnay dressing.

Lentils and Couscous Salad
A bed of mixed greens topped with couscous, lentils and tomatoes, sprinkled with feta cheese and served with Green Goddess dressing.

Green House Salad
Mixed greens with red onion, tomato, radishes, chopped egg and bacon.

Dressings: Green Goddess, Herb Chardonay, Ranch or Honey Mustard

Sandwiches can be provided wrapped individually or on a tray for easy buffet style serving.

 
   

 

  
   
No. 1 Hummus - Freshly made hummus layered with cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, crisp spinach and Swiss cheese. Served on whole grain bread.
No. 2 Meat Loaf - Our family recipe meat loaf served warm and topped with cheddar cheese and mayo on French bread.
No. 3 Roasted Veggies – Slowly roasted medley of peppers, tomatoes, onions and olive oil. Topped with feta on French bread with an olive and sundried tomato spread.
No. 4 Uncle Reuben – Shaved ham and Swiss with calico kraut and Dijon mustard served on marble rye bread. Served hot or cold.
No. 5 Open Face Chili Dog – Kosher hot dog served open face on French bread smothered in the Lovin’ Spoonful homemade chili, and topped with cheese.
No. 6 Veggie Pup – Just like the Chili dog, only vegetarian style.
No. 7 Sliced Roasted Turkey – Slices of roasted turkey, provolone and crisp lettuce with whole cranberry mayo on French bread.
No. 8 Hot Ham & Cheese – Shaved ham, cheddar, tomato and lettuce on white bread pressed in the Panini grill until crispy.

Calico Salad - A chilled crisp, marinated kraut salad with a delicious sweet and sour flavor.

Cowboy Caviar - A concoction of beans, corn, pepper and tomato lassoed with our special marinade.

Cup of Soup - Our homemade soup selection changes daily.

Nan’s Fruit Salad - My Mom’s mixture of pineapple, mandarin oranges, apples and bananas tossed in our creamy 1960's secret sauce.

Laurie’s Cucumber Salad - Thinly sliced cucumbers and red onion in a creamy sauce.

Jalapeno Grit Cakes - Two freshly baked grits and jalapeno cakes laced with our blend of three cheeses.
